A culinary journey
Stéphanie de Fresnoye trained with master pastry chefs and chocolatiers Pierre Hermé and Pierre Marcolini, before discovering the world of spirits by joining the iconic Maison du Whisky.
It was therefore naturally, guided by her passion for taste and her desire to restore marshmallows and old-fashioned confectionery to their former glory, that she founded Maison Carrousel in Paris in 2020.
