With quality ingredients and a daring approach to flavor born of a love for taste, each bite embodies the essence of our homemade production, nestled in the heart of Paris within the walls of our workshop.

A culinary journey

Stéphanie de Fresnoye trained with master pastry chefs and chocolatiers Pierre Hermé and Pierre Marcolini, before discovering the world of spirits by joining the iconic Maison du Whisky.

It was therefore naturally, guided by her passion for taste and her desire to restore marshmallows and old-fashioned confectionery to their former glory, that she founded Maison Carrousel in Paris in 2020.

Our preferred playground is inspired by tradition but subtly innovates for our connoisseurs, epicureans of all things delicious.
